Recently, some customers gave feedback that their V2020.09 MB SD Connect C4 software couldn’t open and popped up the error “The data are faulty” as below.
Possible cause:

1:Please don’t click the upgrade icon, otherwise it will update.
2:Besides that, please change the file name “Add On Center.exe” to “AddOnCenter.ex_”, then it will not update automatically. After modifying, restart the computer.
