Important Using Tips:
Xtool pad2 need an internet connection, for protection of their solution on server.
Example: Vag 4+5 immo. Make dealer key or clone 48 96 bits chip. Peugeot 206+ from 2010, read pin need internet very fast, around 1mn. This car, all my others tools failed to get pin ( not tested by AKL)
There are two packages of Xtool X100 Pad2 available:
1. Xtool pad 2 full package with 4th & 5th generation VAG and KC100 adapter
2. Xtool pad 2 standard package without 4th & 5th generation VAG and KC100 adapter
After 2 years free update, the cost will be 400$/year if you need update again.
Without the update, Xtool X100 Pad2 tool still works.

I’ve did several Megane Scenic 2 before 2008 very well. After 2008, Xtool X100 Pad2 read wrong pincode. But with correct pin, it program OK card.

Pulled pin in under a minute and programmed card in a minute. Pin automatic no need to type it in.
Tested all Renault in menu, last update resolve all bugs, very good tool for French cars ( including PSA )

1. All PSA ,Xtool X100 Pad2 tool fail to read PIN code , Partner 2011 , 207 2008 …. by “on” / “of” method ( before last update working fine !!! ) .

Conclusion:
Xtool X100 Pad2 can do what the user’s paid, it is good at European cars except for BMW and Benz, It can also cover some Japanese cars, American cars, etc.
