Problem:
HHT launches properly from DAS but gives me message COM port in use! Close other application! I tried restarting, then running HHTPKW directly, same problem. If I disconnect the mux (sd connect C4) I get “Internal fault diagnostic multiplexer code 10766”

1.Click start menu，choose windows Administative. Find and run Hyper-V manger in Windows Administrative Tools
2.Select Virtual Switch Manager
3.Select Ether and press OK
4.Select your external network connection type
5.Open Network & Internet Settings
6.Select Ethernet- Change adapter options
7.Select vEtherent and Properties
8.Double click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and press OK to save
9.Go to IP address setting.
Set IP address as following
IP address: 172.29.127.124
Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0
Save setting.
Now MB SD Connect C4 HHT-WIN software should be working fine.
