Recently , there have some customers met the problem “ Please Insert TF Card ” for MCT-500 MCT500 Motor scanner after used it one period time . Like the picture display :
We analyzed this problem , there have 2 situations met the issue :
- The TF card from the main unit didnt insert well
Solutions : Please open the back case , check the TF card whether insert well or not , you can take out the TF card , and insert well again
- The TF card was damaged or the software from the TF card damaged
Solutions : Please take out the TF card from the main unit , download the latest software into the card , then insert the card to the device test it , if the issue is the software , it can work after you download the new software ; But if the problem still exist , the problem must be the TF card , then you need change the new TF card for the device
Usually , most of our customers met this problem is because the TF card was loosen , just need insert the card well , then the Motorcycle Diagnostic Tool MCT-500 scanner can work again .
